Taimer Ltd (Taimer or We) is a provider of a cloud-based CRM and business management service (Service) that is offered to its company customers (Company). Use of the Service is subject to an agreement by and between the Company and Taimer and the terms of use available at We may collect personal data about you in connection with managing our customer relations with Companies as well as maintaining and operating Taimer’s website (Site). Taimer is the data controller of such personal data.

As part of the use of the Service, the Companies and you as a representative of the Company may electronically submit personal data and other information to the Service for hosting and processing purposes (Company Data). Taimer does not determine the purpose and means of use of Company Data and is not, therefore, a data controller of Company Data or any personal data included therein. If you have any questions regarding the processing of Company Data, please contact the Company on whose behalf you have been provided with the identifiers for your use of the Service.

This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) describes how Taimer collects and uses personal data about you.


Taimer collects your personal data mainly through (i) your inquiries and newsletter sign-ups at the Site, (ii) your registration for use of the Service at the Site, as well as (iii) other communication between you and Taimer where personal data is required, whether you are representing yourself or a Company.

The personal data Taimer collects and processes may include, but is not limited to the following sort of information: your name, email address, Company name and Business ID of the Company you are representing, visiting address of the Company, phone number, country and other information that may be necessary for Taimer to provide you with the Service ordered or to handle your inquiries or requests.

Taimer may use analytics services to help Taimer understand how you use the Site. This is done for the purpose of supporting business analysis and operations, business intelligence, improving Taimer’s products and services, personalizing content, providing advertising, and making recommendations. Taimer may also use third-parties in the context of performing these analytics.


Taimer uses your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The purposes of processing your personal data include (i) operating and improving the Service and the Site; (ii) providing you with better service experience; (iii) sending you Service and Site related information, including confirmations, newsletters and other communications relating to your inquiries and requests; and (v) conducting market research and opinion polls.

Taimer may disclose your personal data to third parties in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of Taimer’s shares and/or assets or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process, provided, however, that this Privacy Policy shall continue to govern such personal data.


When you visit the Site, Taimer collects your Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, Taimer uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate the Site.

Taimer may also retain necessary personal data to resolve disputes, enforce Taimer user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Service. Thereafter Taimer deletes all aforementioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe.


Taimer shall implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data collected by Taimer, as required by law, against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Taimer shall restrict access to personal data collected solely to such Taimer employees and subcontractors to whom access to such content is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and Taimer undertakes to inform those having access to such content of the relevant confidentiality and security requirements.
